These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyStable Sdn Bhd ("MyStable," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our stablecoin platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Services. You must also be legally permitted to use a regulated digital-asset product under the laws of your country of residence and any other jurisdiction relevant to you.
You may not use the Services if you appear on a sanctions list maintained by Malaysia, the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other competent authority.
MYRT is a Malaysian Ringgit-backed, limited-purpose stablecoin. The Services include the platform, smart-contract infrastructure, and supporting websites and applications that enable verified parties to mint, transfer, hold, redeem, and report on MYRT.
MYRT is designed for merchant spending and payroll within Malaysia. It is not designed for trading, speculation, foreign-exchange services, or conversion to non-MYR assets.
Use of MYRT requires successful completion of identity verification (KYC for individuals, KYB for businesses). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate verification at our discretion if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or fails our risk and compliance checks.
You agree not to use the Services to:
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to MyStable. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You acknowledge that the Services involve risks you accept by using them, including without limitation:
MYRT is 1:1 Ringgit-backed and held in segregated accounts, but no system is risk-free. The 1:1 backing protects against insolvency of the issuer; it does not insure you against any of the risks above. Past availability and operational history of the Services is not a guarantee of future availability.
MYRT is a payment instrument, not a security, investment contract, collective investment scheme, deposit, or any other regulated investment product. Specifically:
Every MYRT in circulation is matched 1:1 by a Ringgit cash deposit held in a segregated account at a licensed Malaysian bank. Reserves are 100% cash; we do not hold securities, commercial paper, or other yield-bearing instruments against the float.
Redemption is performed only by registered redeemers, never peer-to-peer with us, and settles only into the verified Malaysian bank account on file via DuitNow. MYRT is not redeemable into any currency, token, or asset other than Malaysian Ringgit. We do not operate currency exchange, money transmission, or remittance services.
Redemption windows, minimum amounts, processing times, and verification steps may apply and are described in the in-app documentation. We may pause, delay, or refuse a redemption where required by law, by a regulator, by sanctions controls, or by ongoing compliance review.
Your use of MYRT is subject to all applicable laws of Malaysia and any other jurisdiction relevant to you, including but not limited to anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing rules, sanctions regimes (Malaysia, United Nations, United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and others), tax obligations, securities and payments licensing, and consumer-protection laws.

Our compliance controls are designed to support these obligations - they do not replace your own responsibility to comply with the law. Where required, we will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, posed a risk to the Services or other users, or if we are required to do so by law or by a regulator. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions intended to survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyStable, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services - including without limitation losses arising from:
Where any liability is found despite the above, our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you have paid us during that period (or RM 1,000, whichever is greater).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyStable, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by the courts of Malaysia, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Where mediation or arbitration is required by law or by a binding agreement, those procedures will apply before court proceedings are initiated.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, wallets, and private keys. We cannot recover lost keys; lost or compromised wallets may result in permanent loss of MYRT.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, by direct notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
